Welcome to Peak Up, a mobile application platform offering convenient laundry pickup and delivery services ("Service"). By using our app and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Peak Up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Overview

Peak Up connects users ("Customers") with laundry service providers ("Partners") for laundry pickup and delivery. Peak Up acts solely as a facilitator and is not directly involved in laundering services.

3. User Accounts

• Users must register an account with accurate and complete information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Service Usage

• Customers agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
• Partners are responsible for the quality and timely completion of laundry services.
• Riders are responsible for the safe and timely transport of laundry items.
• Users must not misuse or abuse the service (e.g., fake bookings, harassment, illegal activities).

5. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by service, location, Partner, or laundry load.
• Users agree to pay the total amount upon placing an order.
• Payments are processed either via cash payment or via secure third-party payment providers.
• Peak Up retains a platform fee from each transaction.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made before the rider picks up the laundry.
• Refunds will be provided at our discretion, subject to the nature of the request and service status.

7. Liabilities and Limitations

• Peak Up is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft of items during laundry processing.
• Peak Up is not liable for delays caused by Riders or Partners.
• Users acknowledge the risk of using third-party services and agree to hold Peak Up harmless.

8. Data Privacy

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Users consent to data collection and processing necessary for service delivery.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Iloilo City.
